<div style="width: 400px;text-align: justify;"><div style="text-align: center;">FULL MOON.</div>
Full moon this month will be from May 28th to May 30th. Johnny and Daniel's packs will be spending their nights at the Larkhill army base, whereas Gerard's pack will be at the Tidworth army base. Soldiers will be stationed around the area to ensure that no rogue wolves attempt to escape during the night. <p>
Knox Garages and Howl, understandably, will be closed during this time. <p>

We've had a nice month this month! We've had some real growth in boys, they're starting to catch up to the girls now so keep that up! As always vampires and hunters are slowly gaining on the other member groups, but definitely consider making some more if you can! The east coven is falling behind if you're looking for somewhere to put a vampire, and Johnny's and Daniel's pack could use a few more werewolves! Finally, don't forget we could always use some more ghosts, and the spectre squad has a sad total of one members, so definitely get on that!

<div style="width: 400px;text-align: justify;"><div style="text-align: center;">#GRATITUOUSHASHTAGS.</div>

It's a landmark event for London - a convention dedicated entirely to the Supernatural community, the aim of #SPNCON is to raise awareness, bring together supernatural communities, and break down a few of those barriers that just aren't needed. The convention takes place through the day and evening of the 14th; for vampires who have purchased tickets, no fear, single-use daylight charms have been provided for them to enjoy the convention all day. <p>
The con promises to boast panels on a variety of topics, from how to use witching powers to properly make money to the future of politics now that ghosts exist. There are booths for every known affiliation, where you can talk to someone about recruitment or, in the case of London coven, purchase some of their wares (like those daylight charms!); there are stalls run by a variety of people where they attempt to sell their illusion charms or blackout blinds for vampires; there are awareness and charity groups in attendance who's goals is to raise interest in things abolishing archaic adoption and marriage laws, or to assist new werewolves and vampires with their transitions. <p>
Overall, if you're interested in the future of the supernatural world, you may find something of note here. <p>

Below is a directory of the stalls, booths, and panels present at the con - if you're interested in helping out or running your own, please comment in this topic to be added!

<div style="width: 400px;text-align: justify;"><div style="text-align: center;">FLOWER CROWNS ARE VERY AESTHETIC.</div>

Spring is here, and it's time to celebrate with ball gowns, fine suits, and Laurent-brand alcohol! The event takes place on the night of the 21st, starting from eight 'til late, and is, frankly speaking, destined to be an evening of playing dress up, feeling fancy, and welcoming in a new season in only the classiest way - no wonder it's hosted at the Ritz hotel. <p>
Every care has been taken to ensure that the event remains well within it's spring aesthetic: with pastel flower centrepieces and beautiful foliage everywhere you turn, the ball room looks less like a stuffy party and more like you've been bought to a beautiful garden - albeit one that's indoors and much less chilly. There is, however, doors leading to the actual garden, if you'd prefer to sit outdoors and get some fresh air, or, if you're the dancing type, there promises to be entertainment and music all through the night. <p>
It's entirely possible to get lost amongst the trees lining the edges of the room or, indeed, easy to find lost little alcoves to take a moment to yourself. Pick a few flowers (they'll grow back!), meet someone new, dance with a stranger - you can do all this at the spring ball! <p>

As always, feel free to use this thread to show off your prettiest ball outfits!

<div style="height: 20px;"></div>

<div style="width: 400px;text-align: justify;"><div style="text-align: center;">FULL MOON.</div>
There will be two full moons this month, the first running from March 30th to April 1st and the second running from April 29th to May 1st.

A particularly good month for additions in terms of ratios! Werewolves are starting to catch up to witches in numbers, but hunters and vampires are still a little low in comparison! As always ghosts could use a bump too! Don't forget to check out the East Coven, and the South Coven could use a few extra members too! Werewolves have shifted a bit, and Gerard's pack has risen in numbers, so definitely check out Johnny or Daniel's pack when next making a werewolf! As always, the London Coven could use a few members if you're in the mood for a new witch! We still have significantly more girls than boys, but the rise of both is consistent and not particularly worrying! Good work everyone!

<div style="width: 400px;text-align: justify;"><div style="text-align: center;">THREE YEARS ACTIVE.</div>
April 11th marks three years of Crooked Kind terrorising the internet, other sites, our dreams, our hearts, and also interrupting Jess' wedding planning occasionally (sorry not sorry). As always, we'll be celebrating in the traditional way, with a large feast in a tavern of our choosing and stories around the fire about the good ol' days. Seriously though, we'll be having our usual fare of three year awards, two site events, fun surprises, and probably more taxes in place because CK is nothing if not realistic. This topic will be unlocked so keep an eye on it for more updates as new things roll in!

<div style="width: 400px;text-align: justify;"><div style="text-align: center;">CONGRATULATIONS, NOOR AND TYLER.</div>
<center> <img src="https://image.ibb.co/eY0BL7/blendlinton.png" width="400"></center>
<p>
It may seem a little rushed, but when you know, you know - and Tyler and Noor have known for at least three months now that getting married is exactly what they want to do. After a rather small ceremony, they're very pleased to share their happiness with their family and friends, and they've invited them all to join them in a celebration of their matrimony! <p>
The reception is taking place on the evening of the 9th in a hall at a local hotel, where they've promised nothing too dramatic, but a nice chance to catch up with one another, an evening of drinking and good food (well, it is how they met!), and a really great dance floor - they have a great DJ in attendance, so they're sure that although it might not be anything ridiculously original, sometimes the classic wedding style is best. <p>
In the realm of keeping things traditional, the décor is, of course, a lovely navy and blush, simple centerpieces, flowers dotted around where needed, so the focus is really on the couple and on the guests having a party. They fully expect the alcohol to keep flowing, for people to eat until they can't stand it anymore (and they're fully prepared for werewolves to go wild) and they want to party to go on until late, presumably until only the really determined or really drunk are left dancing at the end of the night. <p>
Although they have a set guest list in place, they're unlikely to notice plus ones, have extra food and provisions just in case of spontaneous guests, so feel free to turn up if you're in the area!
